In an insightful example, the Girl Scouts of America in the D.C. metro area had multiple offices with separate PBX solutions and an assortment of Telco service providers. Employees could not communicate effectively amongst offices, and their communications costs were outsized from their budgets because office-to-office calls were being charged at Telco rates. Working with their partner, the AR Group, Teo crafted a solution that unified their offices on a singular dial plan and provided a UC and collaboration solution as well as Telco services. This resulted in substantial cost savings for the client. “We ideate, design, and manufacture our solutions in-house and aim to deliver the ideal solution that balances intuitiveness and power,” asserts Beck.
Moving forward, Teo is expanding into Canada and Mexico.
